We can put the same crest on your napkins, frosted cups, can coolers, and bar sign so every detail on your wedding bar tells the same story. One design, carried across everything.

Many couples upload their wedding crest or monogram and carry it across napkins, cups, can coolers, and a welcome sign — creating a fully coordinated look from one piece of artwork. Each product is placed as a separate order, but your design file can be reused across all of them. If you're ordering multiple products, reach out to us first and we can make sure everything is perfectly consistent across every piece.

We do our best to match your colors accurately, but screen colors and print colors aren't always identical — monitor calibration, paper material, and print process can all affect the final result slightly. If precise color matching is important for your wedding, reach out to us before ordering and we'll walk you through what to expect for your specific artwork and chosen products.

Yes — foil stamping is available on our napkin products and is one of the most popular finishes for wedding crests and monograms. Gold, silver, and other foil options are available depending on the product. Note that foil stamping works best with clean vector artwork — intricate gradients or photographic files are better suited for full color printing. Not sure which finish is right for your design? If your file is too low-resolution to print cleanly, our design team will flag it before your proof is sent — we won't let a blurry file go to production without telling you. In some cases we can help clean up or re-trace simple artwork. For complex or photographic designs, you may need to go back to your original designer for a higher-res export. Either way, we'll tell you upfront so there are no surprises.

Once your file is ready, we'll move quickly — proofs are sent within 48 business hours of receiving your artwork and order.
